    When a patient is in the ICU, the stay of attendants would be arranged in Deluxe lounge at discounted rates. Sofa cum bed is provided for the accompanying attendant during hospital stay in patient's room.

  • Airport Pick Up

    Indo American Hospital has arranged a Help desk at the Nedumbassery International Airport, Angamaly, which is available 24 x7 for patient's assistance. Help desk staff coordinates between hospital travel desk and patient to ensure smooth coordination at any given point of time.

  • Currency exchange

    Currency exchange facility is available inside Indo American hospital premises.

  • Estimated cost of treatment

    Once treatment plan is advised by specialist, billing team arranges quotation or estimated cost of the treatment and stay.

  • Medical opinion

    It is advisable that the patient shares the medical report, case history, details of treatment taken and current clinical status by email before they travel to Indo American Hospital for their treatment. Our medical experts shall evaluate reports to plan treatment, expected duration of stay at the hospital and post discharge follow up mechanism.

  • Payment

    Payment can be made by cash/credit card/Wire Transfer to settle hospital bills.

  • Relationship Manager

    Each patient is assigned a Single point of contact (SPOC) for better coordination. SPOC assists patients and accompanying attendant throughout their stay in hospital for all non-medical assistance like registration, admission and discharge formalities.

  • Travel desk

    Travel desk is available inside the hospital premises. Travel desk also helps to fulfil FRRO formalities, visa extension, and accommodation.

    Our helpdesk provides assistance to book stay in Resort as per your preference / budget post discharge.
