Conditions:

• Appointments once booked cannot be cancelled – it can only be rescheduled.
• Patients are required to be at the Hospital 30 minutes prior to the appointment time.
• Once the appointment booking is confirmed, consulting Doctor cannot be changed.
• Doctor’s availability will be informed to you by the hospital. If the Doctor becomes unavailable due to any reason, you will be informed by phone / WhatsApp
